No. CloudFront visitor-country headers are a separate planned country-source integration for Free. This concept concerns Amazon Associates and Impact affiliate destinations.
Can I buy or download this now?
No. This is a roadmap concept, not a released product or purchase offer. Final scope, dependencies, compatibility, pricing and release dates remain to be confirmed.
How would licensing and Lifetime coverage work?
Each paid software add-on will require its own valid license or an eligible bundle entitlement. Both lifetime plans cover current and future WPLocation add-on software for their stated site limits when released. Managed credits and usage-based services are separate.
